Ninjatrader rithmic issue

NinjaTrader isn't connecting to Rithmic; it was working before. I just uninstalled it to check something, but after reinstalling it, it doesn't connect to Rithmic. I tried deleting the document folder and all. Nothing works. did happen yesterday too, and I had to reset my PC to get it working. Can someone help me to get this fixed?

It might not be the reason for your particular issue, but Rithmic does maintenance on the weekends and it's normal to not be able to login until later on Sunday.

Ooh, I reset my PC today too

, and after that I faced another issue, but it got fixed later. I think that's the one you mentioned. Still Don't Know About The Connection issue
